All blocks/cylinders are bored and honed with our state of the art CNC Rottler H80 Diamond hone.
We start with Roughing diamond stones then move to intermediate diamond stone and finish with the plateau diamond to achieve the specific RPK (ridge/valley/peak) value to ensure proper piston ring to cylinder seal.
Rod Machine & Valve Stem Guides
Connecting rod resizing
All connecting rods are re-sized to under 2 tenths thousands of a inch to ensure proper oil clearance for maximum run time.
All cylinder heads are fitted with new cast iron valve stem guides precisely machined with our state of the art diamond hone to ensure exact clearances for proper lubrication and to minimalize oil consumption to ensure maximum run time.
Block / Head Resurfacing
All blocks and heads are pressure tested and checked for cracks prior to repair.
All blocks and heads are resurfaced if needed to the proper RA for maximum gasket seal.
We use a state of the art CNC Rottler S86A resurfacing machine with CBN (carbon boronic nitrided) cutters for cast iron and PCB (poly crystaline diamond) cutters for aluminum
Cylinder Head Repair
All cylinder heads are pressure checked for cracks, checked for warp prior to repair.
We use state of the art Rottler CNC SG9MTS seat guide machine for all head repairs.
