Technical Business Development
Upstream Data Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business presence world wide, with a focus on product development and manufacturing overseas. This position requires fluency in Mandarin and dual citizenship in Canada and China is preferred. The successful candidate must be willing to work for several weeks out of the year in China, but will work in Calgary, Alberta. Routine trips to our manufacturing facilities in Lloydminster, Alberta will also be required.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
Dual citizenship in China / Canada is preferred.
Proven experience in technical business development, with a focus on the bitcoin mining and energy industries.
Strong understanding of the Bitcoin industry, oil and gas, and utility power industries and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and work part-time in both Calgary, AB, and China.
Mechanic

Fabricator
We are a quickly growing company located in Lloydminster and are in need of full time Fabricators with an immediate start date. Salary beginning from $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience. Extended health coverage, vision, dental, and life insurance are available upon successful completion of probationary period.

Read engineering and architectural drawings, sketches and work specifications to be performed, and lay out, measure and mark sheet metal according to drawings or templates, Operate light metalworking machines such as shears, brakes, punches, and drill press equipment to cut, bend, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal, Operate computerized laser or plasma cutting equipment to cut sheet metal, Fit and join sheet metal parts using equipment to fabricate products, Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes, Grind and buff seams, joints and rough surfaces, Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to specifications.
