Crusoe, Upstream Data to Resolve Lawsuit

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC and Upstream Data Inc. have agreed to resolve all pending patent infringement lawsuits, dismissing the cases and entering into a confidential license agreement. The settlement ends ongoing litigation and establishes new licensing terms between the two companies.
